Billing

Manage, cancel, restore or get a refund for your RoomTap - AI Home Room Design subscription. Pick where you subscribed below. Payments are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe, and we never see your full card details.

App Store

Subscribed on iPhone or iPad

Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple to your Apple Account. Only Apple can change, cancel or refund them.

Google Play

Subscribed on Android

Purchases made in the Android app are billed by Google to your Google account and managed in Google Play.

Refunds: Within 48 hours of purchase, request a refund from your Google Play order history. After 48 hours, email us and we will review it. Google Play refund policy

Web (Stripe)

Subscribed on our website

Purchases made on the web are processed securely by Stripe. Sign in to the billing portal with the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds: Email us with the address you used at checkout and your invoice number. We review every web refund request ourselves. Request a web refund

Good to Know

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
  • After you cancel, you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • On a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you will not be charged.
  • A subscription can only be managed where it was bought. We cannot cancel or refund App Store or Google Play purchases for you.
  • Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

Restore Purchases

New phone, or reinstalled RoomTap - AI Home Room Design? Your subscription is not lost:

  1. Sign in to the same Apple Account or Google account you subscribed with
  2. Install RoomTap - AI Home Room Design and sign in with your previous account
  3. Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore

Subscribed on the web? Sign in to RoomTap - AI Home Room Design with the same email address you used at checkout.

Billing Support

Charged twice, cannot find a purchase, or a refund was declined? Email [email protected] and include:

  • The email address linked to your RoomTap - AI Home Room Design account
  • Where you subscribed: App Store, Google Play or the web
  • Your order or invoice number (Apple order IDs start with M, Google order numbers start with GPA.)
